Business Technology Associate
We’re looking for a driven, personable Business Technology Associate who genuinely enjoys technology and building relationships and who wants to grow within a business technology services company focused on IT, infrastructure, cabling, and audio/video solutions.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves technology and working with people and wants to learn the business side of technology services from the ground up.
This is an onsite role based between our offices in Liverpool and Camillus, with time spent at client sites, meetings, community gatherings, and events as the role evolves. The position is flexible in the beginning but is expected to grow into a full-time, critical team member role through training, experience, and demonstrated growth. Reliable transportation is required.
This opportunity is ideal for someone finishing a technology-related program or changing careers who wants to build a long-term path in the technology services industry.

Ordering, receiving, staging, and organizing IT, AV, and infrastructure equipment
-
Inventory tracking and vendor coordination
-
Supporting quotes, sales documentation, and internal workflows
-
Assisting with business operations that keep projects and service work moving

Microsoft platforms (Microsoft 365 and related services)
-
Hardware, networking, and infrastructure vendors
-
